In 2005 Glenn Futrell and Jonathan Watson teamed up to form a company to help you meet your real estate and building needs with an emphasis on quality, value, and attention to individual needs with a marketing strategy that includes internet and website advertising, newspaper and magazine ads, direct mailings, telemarketing, personal contacts and referrals. They believe diversity is a necessity in providing quality customer service in today's real estate market.

Glenn Futrell, Managing Broker, has been a licensed realtor for over 6 years. He has been a multi-million dollar producer serving Savannah and surrounding areas, and has been a member of the Distinguished Sales Society of Savannah for the past 4 years. A Savannah native, he brings his knowledge and love of the city and Coastal Empire to his customers and his business.

Jonathan Watson, head of our construction department, has been building homes in Savannah for 18 years. As owner of Patrick-Keaton Development, Co., he has completed residential and commercial projects at the Ford Plantation, Winterberry, Isle of Hope, Enclave, Dutch Island, Burnside Island, Tybee Island and Bluffton. His custom-built homes demonstrate architectural excellence as well as value.

Also a native of Savannah, Catherine Futrell has recently joined the sales and marketing team at Savannah Area Properties. Twenty three years of teaching experience has helped her develop problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a love for working with people to meet their needs. Whether buying or selling, she will keep you best interests a priority.

Coleen Harwood is a life-long Savannah resident and graduate of St. Vincent's Academy. She has always been commended on her postive, youthful energy. She understands what an important milestone buying/selling a home is in a person's life. She is dedicated to making that experience comfortable and smooth.
